Greetings NCAA Regional Conference Registrants,
The 2025 NCAA Regional Conference is less than a week away. We look forward to seeing you at the Margaritaville Resort, South Lake Tahoe. Click here to download the Program-at-a-Glance. The Attendee List is available here for download.
There will be no printed copies of the attendee list at the conference.
- Conference Programs will be provided at registration
- Committee Meeting Materials will be printed in limited amounts and provided to Assessors joining the Education, Standards, Legislation, and Board of Directors Meetings.
Staff that plan to attend committee meetings can access the electronic materials here by Friday, August 1st, close of business.
NOTE: Non-Government Attendees and Exhibitors are not permitted to attend the committee meetings on Wednesday, August 6 and Thursday, August 7.
Arrival & Parking
Margaritaville Resort is located at 4130 Lake Tahoe Blvd. South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150.
- Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM
- Guest checkout is 11:00 AM
Discounted Standard Valet Parking is available at $25/vehicle per night.
Attire
Customary dress for the first day of the conference is business formal and business casual for the days following.
Meals and Receptions
- NCAA Regional Conference registration includes all meal functions; excluding the Regional Luncheon on Wednesday, August 6, limited to Assessors only.
Exhibitor Bingo and Raffle
Attendees are encouraged to participate in Exhibitor BINGO! Pick up your exhibitor bingo card at the registration desk and get “Stamps” from each exhibitor. Turn in your BINGO card by Wednesday, August 6 at 10:30 a.m. for a chance to win prizes!
Hospitality Reception Details
Join us Monday & Wednesday on the 7th Floor in the Good Vibes Suites (Rooms 748 & 749) at the Margaritaville Resort for our Onsite Hospitality Receptions.
On Tuesday, August 5, the Hospitality Reception & Magic Show will be held at The Loft Theatre. **Additional Admission Fee for attendees and guests**
- Monday, August 4 (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM)
- Tuesday, August 5 (Reception from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM & Magic Show from 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM)
- Wednesday, August 6 (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM)
