Greetings BAAA Management Conference Exhibitors,

The 2025 BAAA Management Conference is just a week away. We look forward to seeing you at the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel.

Exhibitor tables will be located in the foyer between the Napa and Grand Ballrooms.

  • Setup: Monday, April 21 from 3:00PM – 5:00PM
  • Teardown: Wednesday, April 23, from 12:00 PM – 1:00PM

There will be no printed copies of the attendee list at the conference.

Conference Programs will be provided at registration

Committee Meetings:
The CAA Education, Standards and Legislative Committees will meet Wednesday, April 23 from 1:30PM – 4:30PM, and the Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, April 24 from 8:30AM - 10:00AM. These meetings are for Assessors, their staffs and members and staff of the Board of Equalization.
Non-Government Attendees and Exhibitors are not permitted to attend the committee meetings. 


Exhibitor Bingo

Exhibitors are encouraged to bring raffle items for the Wednesday BINGO Prize Drawing (no value specified).

We will provide attendees with a “BINGO” card which requires the they get a stamp from each exhibitor. Stamp cards turned in to the registration desk by Wednesday, April 23 at 10:30AM, will be eligible to win prizes during the drawing from 10:30AM – 10:45AM.

Winners will be informed that they can claim their prizes from the exhibitor table as they are selected. Exhibitors are also welcome to hold individual drawings at their tables.


Arrival & Parking

Napa Valley Marriott Hotel is located at 3425 Solano Avenue, Napa, CA 94558.

  • Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM
  • Guest checkout is 11:00 AM

Discounted Self-Parking is available at $10/vehicle per night.


Attire

Customary dress for the first day of the conference is business formal and business casual for the days following.


Meals and Receptions

  • BAAA Management Conference registration includes all meal functions; excluding the Regional Luncheon on Wednesday, April 23, limited to Assessors only.
  • CAA-IT Conference registration includes all meal functions on Tuesday, April 22, and Wednesday, April 23; excluding Lunch, which will be limited to Assessors only.

Hospitality Reception Details

Join us on the Pool Patio at the Marriott Napa Valley Hotel on Monday & Wednesday for our Hospitality Reception.
On Tuesday, April 22, the Hospitality Reception will be held at the Napa Valley College Winery Estate's Crush Pad.

  • Monday, April 21 (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM)
  • Tuesday, April  22 (5:30 PM - 7:00 PM)
  • Wednesday, April 23 (5:00 PM - 6:30 PM)
