There will be no printed copies of the attendee list at the conference.
- Conference Programs will be provided at registration
- Committee Meeting Materials will be printed in limited amounts and provided to Assessors joining the Education, Standards, Legislation, and Board of Directors Meetings.
Staff that plan to attend committee meetings can access the electronic materials here by Friday, April 18, close of business.
NOTE: Non-Government Attendees and Exhibitors are not permitted to attend the committee meetings on Wednesday, April 23 and Thursday, April 24.
Arrival & Parking
Napa Valley Marriott Hotel is located at 3425 Solano Avenue, Napa, CA 94558.
- Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM
- Guest checkout is 11:00 AM
Discounted Self-Parking is available at $10/vehicle per night.
Attire
Customary dress for the first day of the conference is business formal and business casual for the days following.
Meals and Receptions
- BAAA Management Conference registration includes all meal functions; excluding the Regional Luncheon on Wednesday, April 23, limited to Assessors only.
- CAA-IT Conference registration includes all meal functions on Tuesday, April 22, and Wednesday, April 23; excluding Lunch, which will be limited to Assessors only.
Exhibitor Bingo and Raffle
Attendees are encouraged to participate in Exhibitor BINGO! Over 20 companies are exhibiting this spring. Pick up your exhibitor bingo card at the registration desk and get “Stamps” from each exhibitor. Turn in your BINGO card by Wednesday, April 23 at 10:30 a.m. for a chance to win prizes!
Hospitality Reception Details
Join us on the Pool Patio at the Marriott Napa Valley Hotel on Monday & Wednesday for our Hospitality Reception.
On Tuesday, April 22, the Hospitality Reception will be held at the Napa Valley College Winery Estate's Crush Pad.
Enjoy hearty bites and a hosted bar before your evening plans.
