This year’s NCAA Regional Conference will be hosted by the Northern California Assessors and Yuba County Assessor, Stephen Duckels. Join us from Monday, August 5 through Thursday, August 8, at Plumpjack Inn in Olympic Valley as we explore the tools to improve our effectiveness, sharpen organizational intelligence, and collaboratively provide uniform assessment practices statewide.
